Clinic Administrative Assistant/Scribe
On-Sight Continence Care, LLC, a dynamic long term care company is seeking experienced administrative assistant/scribe in the Raleigh, North Carolina area for a full-time position in geriatric Continence Management. Job responsibilities will include
- Travel with the nurse practitioner (NP) to nursing homes to aid them in providing continence care to patients. This position will not have physical patient interaction.
- Entering data into a computer and printing appropriate forms as directed by the NP. Scribe as directed by the NP in regards to the diagnosis and procedure codes during clinic.
- Review patient charts to gather needed biographical information.
Successful candidate must possess excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills. Good driving record and suitable transportation required. Prior administrative and/or scribe experience in a medical setting preferred. Expert training and orientation will be provided.
